Absolutely. This program is designed for Coaches & Mentors, not data scientists. We focus on strategic implications and organizational design, not coding or algorithms. No technical prerequisites required.
In fact, you're in the best position—you can design it right from the start instead of fixing mistakes. The program includes readiness assessment and phased rollout frameworks.
Most AI training teaches tools (how to use ChatGPT, etc.). This teaches transformation and fundamentals along with real use cases-roadmaps. We focus on: managing the human dimension of AI adoption.
