Governance rarely fails because an organization lacks principles. It fails because nobody knows who decides, on what basis, or how anyone would find out if the answer stopped being right.

GOVERN AI AT THE SPEED YOU'RE ADOPTING IT

Build the Governance Capability, Not Just the Policy

This is an intensive professional development program designed to move governance, risk and business leaders from writing AI principles to operating an AI governance system. It is a deep dive into the four decisions that determine whether governance works in practice:

  • Decision rights — who approves what, at which risk tier, and what happens when they disagree
  • Risk classification — how one framework routes hundreds of use cases without stalling any of them
  • Human oversight — the difference between a human in the loop and a human who can actually intervene
  • Evidence — what you would show an auditor, a regulator or your board six months after deployment

You'll work through how organizations under the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF are building these systems — and how to adapt them to your own context, sector and maturity level. Every module is built around real governance decisions and their trade-offs. This Is Not a Legal or Technical Deep Dive.

TURN PRINCIPLES INTO DEFENSIBLE DECISIONS

Training Overview

A 3-day program designed to equip leaders and governance professionals with a working understanding of how AI is governed across its lifecycle — from use-case intake and risk classification through deployment, monitoring and board reporting. This 3-day program is delivered entirely through live, instructor-led sessions and applied workshops, enabling cross-functional teams to build a shared governance language and leave with a drafted implementation direction for their own organization.

Participants build a shared understanding of AI governance and examine how organizations translate responsible AI principles into working structures. The day establishes the common language and organizational foundations the rest of the program builds on.
