Hande Ocak Başev
AI-Driven Business Strategist | Entrepreneur | International Speaker on AI for Business Strategy
Hande Ocak Başev is an AI-focused business strategist, consultant, and corporate governance expert with over 25 years of international experience. Throughout her career, she has managed over 350 transformation projects and led more than 50 business development initiatives across various sectors. She is the founder of Quattro Business Consulting; Managing Partner of WSI Turkey and WSI London, which are part of WSI's global AI strategy network encompassing 750 offices in 82 countries; and a member of the WSI Global AI Leadership Board. Working with board members and C-level leaders, she designs and manages the integration of AI into corporate strategy, investment, decision-making, and governance processes.
She holds AI Governance Specialist, AI Strategy Leader, and AI Leadership Facilitator certifications from Oxford Saïd Business School — OxEthica. She is an AI content consultant and columnist for Forbes Turkey; served as the first female CEO and Board Member of Galatasaray Sports Club; and currently serves as a Board Member and Chair of the Strategy Committee at the Women on Board Association Turkey.
